3 Ways to Upload Your Files to us

1.   Web-based FTP Upload
　

After compressing your design files using either WinZip (for PC's), Stuffit (for Mac's) or other format files, our PREFERRED method of file delivery is web-based FTP, which we provide on our website. Please use this feature above all others, however, if for some reason it doesn't work for you, you may use the next method on our list.

Just follow the form instructions, and upload! Very simple and non-technical. Make sure you wait for the upload screen to automatically change to the "confirmation" page to notify you of a successful upload. That process make take longer than 30 minutes if you're uploading large files or are on a dial-up connection. PLEASE BE PATIENT, it will work.

2.   Using Your FTP Software to Upload Your Files
　

After compressing your design files using either WinZip (for PC's), Stuffit (for Mac's),  or other format files, our SECOND method of preference for file delivery is FTP using your favorite FTP software. Please use this feature if our web-based FTP doesn't work for you.

If you are using a browser with integrated FTP function, such as Internet   Explorer, you can click this link to log in to our FTP site.

For PC users who do not already have FTP software, we recommend   

SmartFTP.  SmartFTP is available for free download by clicking here or

         you can browse to www.download.com and browse for SmartFTP.

For Mac users who do not already have FTP software, we recommend Fetch.
Fetch is available for free trial download by clicking here or you can
         browse to www.download.com and browse for Fetch.

Just open your FTP software and enter the following information:

• Hostname (or Address):  ftp://203.186.59.129

• USER ID:                      print

• PASSWORD:                  123

• Host Type:                   Automatic

After successfully logging in using the information above, please entry to one of your category and upload use you name's new folder with your design files (or Zip or Stuffit files) there.

Tips : You can create a one of your name's new folder in your computer before

         your folder upload.

3.   Using Your email send Your Files
　

After compressing your design files using either WinZip (for PC's) Stuffit (for Mac's), or other format files, our THIRD method of preference for file delivery is using send by your email account. Please use this feature if our web-based FTP or our FTP server doesn't work for you.

Once completely uploaded, YOU MUST send us an email notifying us of the names of the files you uploaded (along with your order specifics such as name of job, quantity to print, etc..) so that we may download them and prepare your proofs quickly. Include any special notes, comments or instructions you may have regarding your designs or order.
